Velocity numbers are the easiest thing in this industry to inflate. So everything on this page is real, and there's only real stuff on it.

I developed myself into a Division 1 arm at Wright State and touched 96, without much on-field success to lean on early. Since then I've helped develop 50 plus athletes, including Indy, MiLB, and MLB guys, with most of my hands-on work on the throwing side. The system I run now is the same one that did all of that. Built around the athlete, measured against a baseline, adjusted every week. The rigor is the proof, and the athlete results keep stacking on top of it.

I went from 86-88, barely scratching 90 in the fall of 2023, to 90-93.4 T95 a year and a half later. I've told other guys considering the program: pull the trigger and you won't look back. Put your head down for 3 months on this and you will see results.
