How it works

How the program actually runs.

A good program isn't a document you get once. It's a loop. You do the work, you tell me how it went, the plan adjusts, and you do the next thing. Here's how that runs, from the first conversation to your first week of training.

01

Intake

Everything starts with where you actually are. Your goals, your season, your history, how you have been throwing lately. No plan gets written until I understand that, because a plan built on a guess is just a nicer looking guess.

02

Assessment

How you move, and your throwing on video. We build the baseline before we build the plan. Everything after this gets measured against it, so progress is something we can see instead of something we hope is happening.

03

Your individualized plan

A plan built around you, not a template stretched over ten different guys. Throwing, lifting, mobility, and recovery on one calendar, built to work together instead of fighting each other for the same energy. All of it lives in the app.

04

Weekly check-in

Once a week you check in through the app. How the work felt, how you are responding, what is going on in your life. It takes a few minutes, and it is the few minutes the next week gets built on.

05

Adjustment

I read your check-in honestly and the plan moves. Set the measurable, hit it, check, work, check again. That loop is the difference between a plan you got once and forgot about and a plan that keeps up with you.

The app

One plan. One place. New coaching every week.

When your whole program lives in one place, you stop managing it and start doing it. Throwing, lifting, mobility, and recovery on one calendar, with a direct line to your coach. You check in, I read it, the plan adjusts. Your job is to execute, not to organize.

Home, Today, Reports, and Calendar are real screens from the live Athlete Portal. Chat is shown here as a feature highlight. This is what you log into when you train with me.
