Privacy Policy
Plain version: this site collects your email if you ask for the newsletter, it runs on Cloudflare, and it does not sell your data. The rest is the detail.
This policy explains what information this website collects and what happens to it. It covers bnperformance.com, the marketing site you are reading now. The Athlete Portal, where athletes log in and where training data lives, is a separate application with its own handling, and it is not covered here.
What this site collects
- Your email address, only if you enter it to subscribe to the newsletter.
- Standard server and security logs from our host, Cloudflare, such as IP address and basic request data, used to keep the site running and to protect against abuse.
That is the whole list. This site does not ask for your name, your phone number, payment information, or any health or training data. If you want to train with me, that conversation happens on a call and inside the portal, not through this site.
How the information is used
- To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
- To keep the site online, fast, and secure.
I do not use your email for anything you did not ask for, and I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Who it is shared with
The only parties that touch this data are the service providers that make the site work: the email service used to send the newsletter, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. They handle the data on our behalf to provide those services, and nothing more. We do not sell your data.
The Athlete Portal is separate
Athletes who train with me use a separate application, the Athlete Portal. Account details, check-ins, video, and training information live there, governed by that application, not by this website. If you are an athlete and have a question about your portal data, contact me directly and we will handle it there.
Your choices
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time. You can also email me to ask what email address is on file or to have it removed.
Young athletes
Some of the pitchers I work with are under 18. This website is built for newsletter signups and information, and it is not aimed at collecting data from minors. When a young athlete trains with me, the relevant intake and consent happen directly with the athlete and their parent or guardian, outside of this site. If you believe a minor has submitted an email here and you want it removed, email me and I will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
