FAQ

Questions, answered.

The logistics questions guys ask before they apply. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.

How does remote training actually work?

Everything runs through the app. You get an individualized program built for you, you log your throwing and lifting, and you check in weekly. You can film your throwing or your lifting whenever you want eyes on something, and I review it and adjust from there. You message me directly when something comes up. It's the same work an in-person program does.

I already have a pitching coach. How does this fit?

Some guys I work with have one already. I work in conjunction with them and guide the overall development: the training plan, the workload, the adjustments across a season. Lessons and team practice fit inside that.

What do I need to have?

A place to throw, a place to lift, a phone that shoots video, and a net or a field. If you're missing something, we can work around it.

I'm under 18. Can I train?

Yes. A parent signs the waiver with you and can oversee everything.

What if I'm hurt right now?

I don't diagnose and I don't treat injuries. I do have a background in rehab and return-to-throw programming. If you're cleared to begin throwing, we can build a plan from there. Your medical team leads and I won't overstep them, but I can help in that process.

My season is still going. Should I wait until it's over?

No. In-season training is its own problem, and it's one of the most common places guys lose ground. The program adjusts to your schedule and workload.

What if something comes up and I need to step away?

Approved pauses freeze your remaining paid time. It's there when you come back.

What happens after I apply?

I read your application and reach out within 48 hours. If it looks like a fit we get on a call, talk through where you're at, and I tell you exactly what I'd do with you. If it's not a fit I'll tell you that too.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Anyone who does is selling you something. You have to do the work. What I guarantee is the analysis, the adjustments, and the accountability.

How much time does it take each week?

Most weeks look like your normal training week, just organized. Throwing days, lifting days, and a few minutes to log what you did. The check-in takes five minutes on Sunday. You're not adding a second sport, you're pointing the one you already play in the right direction.

Is this just a program you send me?

No. The program is where it starts, not what you're paying for. It changes based on what you log, what you film, and what your body tells us week to week. A PDF can't watch you throw.

What ages and levels do you work with?

High school to pro. Most of the guys I work with are serious about playing at the next level and already train hard. If that's you, apply.
